Out of Hand Modern Market Special LAUNCH

Refinemark is pleased to launch two NEW cards in celebration of mothers and fathers. These special cards can be used anytime of the year. The cards are designed with the Dove font.The font has a dramatic story that almost ended in 1916 when one of its co-creators tossed over 2,600 pounds of the typeface into the River Thames. Designer Robert Green painstaking recreated a digital version that was released in 2013.

A refined mark

During the Renaissance Venetian printer Aldus Manutius, added a special mark to his printing.  This mark was a dolphin curled around an anchor, meaning “make haste slowly”.  
This device has been brought into the 21st century turning the hooks of the anchor into back to back D’s, representing the family name.  The tip of the design suggests a dolphin’s nose. This jewel, is used exclusively on Refinemark’s Signature line of cards and wedding stationery. It also symbolizes our philosophy that design should be well crafted and timeless.
